guess who’s back

Considering no one reads these it may not come as a shock to anyone that I haven’t been around for a few years. In truth, I forgot I had started this fun little project. I’m pretty bad at habit building.

At the time of writing in my first post I was only having sex with men. Since then I started to have sex with women and boy, what a trip it has been!

I had my yearly physical yesterday and I inevitably came out to my doctor when I told her I wanted to get my IUD out (which, btw, I will name my daughter after because Liletta is perhaps the name of the natural born heir to the throne and of course my daughter will be royalty). When my doctor (who SUCKS) heard the news she exclaimed “well I’ll have to update your chart!” she also immediately asked my sexual orientation and just assumed I was bisexual. This rubbed me the wrong way. I’ll explore this discomfort more in therapy.

I guess the most conflicting aspect of the whole situation to me is why our sexual orientation needs to be on our charts at all. I mean… I’m no doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

Anyway, maybe I’ll keep doing this. Maybe I won’t.
